These terms govern your use of EasyClaimLetters at easyclaimletters.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What the service does
EasyClaimLetters lets you generate a Letter Before Action for small claims in England & Wales, based on the information you provide. We produce a document. We do not send it, we do not represent you, and we do not provide legal advice — see our Legal Disclaimer.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Payment and refunds
The current price is £0.99 per letter during early access. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Stripe. If we fail to generate your letter after a successful payment, we will refund you. We do not offer refunds for letters that are successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard.
Acceptable use
Don't use EasyClaimLetters to harass, defraud, or knowingly file a false claim. Don't attempt to attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyClaimLetters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any dispute or court proceeding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
