• To generate your Letter Before Action and make it available in your dashboard.
• To process your £0.99 payment via Stripe.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the service: our hosting and database provider, Stripe (payments), and an AI model provider used to draft your letter from the answers you provide. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Claim data and generated letters are kept in your account so you can re-download them. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
